Bootable USB drive
Dispart, Rufus or WinUSB can be used to create a bootable USB drive

With diskpart at the command line, type:
diskpart
list disk
Identify the USB key
sel disk [diskno]
clean (destroys all files from the USB key)
create partition primary (creates a main partition)
select partition 1
format fs=fat32 quick
(format fs=FAT32 label="WINDOWSUSB" quick override)
(format fs=ntfs quick)
active (Activate the partition)
(assign (automatically assign a drive letter))
exit

Rufus: to create a bootable usb key for a Windows ISO file
see folder x:\software\Security\Utilities\Usb_boot
format MBR or GPT uefi can be selected
Note that when selecting GPT & NTFS the following warning is displayed by Rufus:
To boot from this media, YOU MUST DESACTIVATE SECURE BOOT
Use the default settings: GPT & FAT32
