Change color of inactive title bars in Windows 10 / 11
To change the inactive title bar color create or edit a registry value named
AccentColorInactive
set the preferred color code for that value.
or just copy the value in AccentColor
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\DWM
create AccentColorInactive same value as AccentColor
The color is not lost when the windows loses the focus
